Amazing onboarding experience with Mark, very clear and patient explanation and went above and beyond to make sure he stayed on for over 30 minutes whilst I asked all the questions I needed to. Very pleasant and helpful and the whole thing took 30 minutes and the transfer was started. He waited online whilst I went through the on boarding information I was able to tell me exactly what to put where. Completely removed anxiety and I can’t wait to start saving money!
