If wasted site visit occurs, the fee will still apply, please follow distributor instructions and ensure clear access on the day. |
Solar tariff setup | $132.00 | Per Attempt | A setup fee for new solar panel installation. The fee covers the cost of meter reconfiguration to be feed-in compatible, administration costs, and changing the tariff type to a solar tariff. |
WeChat / AliPay Processing Fee | $1.10 | Per Attempt | This charge does not apply for the first two payments received on an account in a calendar month. This fee is only charged per transaction, for each transaction above the first two payments received per calendar month. A process fee of 2% may apply to the refund of any overpayment received by Wechat/AliPay. |

Any transactions, processed without a proper authorisation from the issuer will be reversed and refunded to the genuine card holder, and this fee will also be charged. |

Only applies if you are creating a new account at the address (for example move-in customers).This charge is for us to get a start read to establish your account. The charge still applies even if the meter read was unsuccessful due to accessibility issues. You must give us at least three business days notice. The fee does not cover the cost to unlock or unplug a gas meter. Call us if there is no gas 13 3456. |
Gas Final Meter Read | $22.00 | Per Attempt | This fee covers the cost to obtain a final read when you close your gas account (for example Move-Out customers). There is no fee if you simply switch to another retailer. The charge still applies on failed meter read attempt caused by accessibility issues. Please make sure there is access to the meter. |

Wasted visit fee | $110.00 | Per Attempt | If a site visit is required or requested for technical works, and the work is not completed because you changed your mind, have an access issue, or there is a technical issue with your premises (i.e., Safety Hazard, Network Isolation Required, Site Not Ready), you will still be charged for the site visit fee. If you wish to cancel a site visit adequate notice of 3 business days is required.
Technical works include meter exchange/upgrade, reconfiguration, abolishment, electrical inspection, meter relocating, and similar works. You must ensure access and that your site’s wiring and plumbing meet the minimum Australian standards. |
