GloBird is officially “award winning” again, thanks to Mozo
The Australian energy market can be a challenging sector to operate in, but GloBird Energy is up for the challenge.
In fact, we founded GloBird Energy with the conscious intent of facing those challenges head on, so that we could deliver lower prices and greater customer satisfaction than what we were seeing from existing energy retailers.
Those goals continue to drive everything we do, despite the challenges persisting and even increasing.
Due to the complexity of the landscape, we’ve always known that it wouldn’t be possible to offer the absolute best value plan for every household and small business, but we’re still working as hard as we can to offer the most cost-effective plans to as many Australians as we can.
We know we’re on the right track
Over the years, we’ve been able to measure how competitive GloBird’s energy plans are, and others have also done that on behalf of consumers. If we can’t be number one in every category, we can at least aim to be.
We’re extremely grateful for both the loyal support of many long-term customers and the feedback we’ve received. Even if it’s not positive, we do appreciate all comments and people raising any issues that can help us lift our game.
We’re determined to stay hungry and work on ways to improve everything we do, which is why we regularly offer new plans that reflect the changing landscape.
Mozo has recognised GloBird again
It is extremely rewarding to know that we’re achieving what we set out to do, so when we receive a Mozo Experts Choice Award, it’s definitely a positive affirmation.
The experts at Mozo have recognised GloBird’s Boost Residential plan as the best product for Electricity in Victoria, noting that this is their “top accolade in the competitive Energy category”.
We believe that Boost is the perfect plan for medium and large energy users, and it seems that Mozo’s expert panel agrees.
The Mozo Expert Choice Awards are based on Mozo’s analysis of 3055 energy plans from 37 retailers to determine which products are the best value.
They compare every plan sold directly by every retailer in the market, for a range of different usage levels and in every distributor area, to find the best value options available.
The key is that they’re recognising consistently low prices for households of different sizes and locations, over time.
Importantly, the Mozo Experts Choice Awards prides itself on its commercial independence, its use of experts and putting a customer lens on the judging process.
