FOUR4FREE Plan Terms and Conditions

FOUR4FREE is a Market Retail Contract available to customers in VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA.

• Eligibility: You must be a residential customer, having a smart meter installed at the premises and satisfy GloBird’s standard credit and identity checks. See our Legal page on our website for credit and privacy policies.
• Free period: Energy usage between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm local time everyday on all standard circuits . The Free period does not apply to controlled load or dedicated circuits.
• Other times: Standard usage rates apply outside the free period.
• Tariff structure: This plan has the following tariff components:
  • Off-peak (free period): usage recorded by the meter on all standard circuits between 10:00 am–2:00 pm local time everyday is charged $0/kWh.
  • If your meter is set up with single rate, the table will show your peak rates.
  • If your meter has two or three rates, you’ll also see shoulder rates listed.
  • Controlled load or dedicated circuit if applicable: usage recorded by the meter as controlled load or on dedicated circuit
• Other features: no lock-in contract, no termination fees.
